Major Upgrade to Mill Park Leisure Centre
Urban Enterprise worked with the City of Whittlesea to provide a market assessment, financial modelling and economic impact assessment to inform planning for redevelopment of the Mill Park Leisure Centre. Urban Enterprise is excited to see the green light given to the project. The redevelopment will include three new pools, a new spa and sauna, new family and group change facilities, a new café and refurbished crèche and car park upgrade.
