DevCap is a holistic management tool designed to simplify the administration of Development Contributions Plans and ensure that the desired financial outcomes from a DCP are, in fact, achieved.
DevCAP assists councils in the ongoing management of complex next generation Development Contributions Plans by automating administration processes.
DevCAP's features include:
the ability to automatically make complex indexation calculations;
adjust development and community levies; and
adjust developer credits for works provided in kind.
The DevCAP program can be tailored to any Development Contribution Plan and through consultation can be adapted to individual Council processes and reporting requirements. Urban Enterprise provides detailed training and ongoing technical support as part of the DevCAP package.
