Major Funding for the Redevelopment of the Phillip Island Penguin Parade

The Victorian State Government has announced that it will contribute $48.2 million in the 2016-17 budget for a major redevelopment of the Phillip Island Penguin Parade visitor centre.

Urban Enterprise worked with Tract on developing the masterplan for the Summerland Peninsula, which includes the Penguin Parade.

Urban Enterprise identified the future tourism and business opportunities for the Summerland Precinct, as part of the project.

Urban Enterprise also assessed the business performance and analysed the financial feasibility of the proposed redevelopment of the Penguin Parade Visitor Centre.

Urban Enterprise is delighted at this funding announcement for one of Victoria’s premier attractions.
