Knox Land for Business Future Directions Plan
Client: Knox City Council
Urban Enterprise prepared a major study for the City of Knox which reviews all aspects of land required to support businesses in the municipality. The project considered land supply, zoning, location, lot sizes, business and employment trends, infrastructure needs and employment projections to develop strategies and future directions to enable Council to facilitate ongoing economic development in the area. The project provided both planning and non-planning recommendations to inform long term decisions at the municipal and precinct levels.
